Fabric Envelope – Sealed With A Button

That’s it! It’s over. The last of this hand painted fabric was used for this Fabric Envelope. It’s quite pretty and I love the button and the black lining. I’m thinking of giving it away to someone special.

Fabric Envelopes – I’m Taking It Further!

custom textiles - fabric envelopes

I was so charmed by my fabric envelope that I made a couple more. The floral print is a bit larger and the long, striped envelope has double pockets on the inside. DOUBLE POCKETS I said! I’m impressed.

In Progress : A Very Nice Envelope?

Experimenting doesn’t always result in amazing new ideas but this time I found myself with a little happy accident. I had one more piece of stitched fabric and painted fabric to match the last two In Progress posts (fabric plant cover and vase cover) and I think I am most impressed with this item. What I created was a little fabric pouch or envelope. It doesn’t have a zipper or a snap or anything to close, a bit of simplicity that I like.

It could be used for:
• storing receipts
• quick trips when you only need your wallet and phone
• a reusable gift bag
…and so on.

Fabric String Tie Envelopes

I’m not exactly sure what these small Fabric String Tie Envelopes could be used for, other than perhaps some sort of packaging of a small note or a small present, but I adore them. The “J” was added to personalize it for a little girl I know. Shhhh. She doesn’t know yet.
